A. Bonnie Branch passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at her home in Batesville, Indiana at 86 years of age. The daughter of Amos Phillip and Agnes Hanna (O'Donnell) Aspery was born on April 15, 1928 in Detroit, MI. On December 1, 1951 she married James Branch in Rocky River, Ohio. Bonnie always put her family first. She cherished her two grandsons and loved spending time with them. All of her nieces and nephews were an important part of her life. Her greatest joy was bringing the entire extended family together whenever possible, especially for the 4th of July reunion which she had hosted every year since 1965. Planting flowers and hiking through the woods her favorite stress relieving activities. We often heard others describe out mother as " A sweet lady with a great sense of style". She will be dearly missed by her husband, Jim and her four children, James Scott Branch of Walden, CO, Timothy O'Donnell Branch (Kristie) of St. Louis, MO, Kimberly Winans (Dave) of Little Hocking, OH and Bonnie Marie Meyer (Roger) of Batesville and her two grandsons, Ethan Meyer and Jacob Branch along with her brother Amos Phillip Aspery Jr. of Cincinnati, OH and her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Fion Marie "Babe" Dempsey and brother Delbert Daniel Aspery. Visitation will be Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 11am-2pm, followed by Funeral Service at 2pm all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN. Rev. Roger Tornes officiating. Burial in Lakeview Cemetery in Cleveland, OH. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital for Children.
