Aaron Wayne Johnson, 82 of Moores Hill Indiana, passed away on April 13, 2024 at home.  The son of Aaron and Inez (Jones) Johnson, was born on June 18, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Wayne was a truck driver for PIE trucking, and later a school bus driver for South Dearborn and Sunman Dearborn Schools.  He also enjoyed golfing and bowling with his wife, Michel and being outdoors.  Cleaning and enjoying the pool were favorite hobbies of his, along with grilling, and spending time with family.  Aaron was always a perfectionist and he liked to enjoy a few beers while he grilled.

He is survived by his wife, Michele Johnson (nee: Ricci), daughters, Erin Foster, Nicole Cole (Brandon); grandchildren, Brandon Eldridge, Jordan Cole, Austin Cole, Ensley Giddings, Rylee Giddings, and one on the way along with his brother, Cecil Johnson.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Nina Eldridge and sisters Martha Witt and Hazel Johnson.

Visitation will be Friday, April 19, 2024 from 11am-1pm with funeral services at 1:00pm all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville.
