Alexa Lynn Ertel, stillborn infant of Eric & Tami (Douglas) Ertel died Monday, October 17, 2005. She is survived by her parents Eric & Tami Ertel of Osgood, IN; sister Ericka Catherine Ertel of Osgood, IN; maternal grandparents Charles & Doris Douglas of Napoleon, IN; paternal grandparents Keith & Dee Ertel of Napoleon; paternal great grandparents Stanley & Martha Ertel and Polly (Back) Holbrook. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 22, 2005; 10:00 am at St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery in Napoleon, IN with Pastor Gary Groth officiating. Memorials are suggested to Shriners Hospital for Children c/o the funeral home.
