Alvin W. Siebert loving husband of Betty (nee Ahrens), beloved father of Dennis (Roberta) Siebert, and uncle of several nieces and nephews passed away Thursday, May 27, 2004 at his home on the farm in Batesville, IN. Mr. Siebert was a life long farmer & worked at Romweber until he retired in 1977. He was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Huntersville & the F.O.E. Area #1130. He was born to William and Edna (Bornemeier)Siebert on February 11, 1923 in Batesville and married his wife, Betty on Sept. 8, 1945 at his church. Visitation, Monday, May 31 from 5-8pm and Funeral service, Tuesday, June 1 at 10:00am, all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN. The Rev. David Johnston & Rev. Juanita Connerly officiating. Burial will follow in the St. John Cemetery, Huntersville. Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ.
