Arnold Ray Moody, age 69 years of Batesville, IN passed away Thursday May 12, 2005 in Indianapolis, IN. Born October 12, 1935 in Batesville, IN he was the son of Lee & Lucy (Phipps) Moody. He was a 1953 graduate of Batesville High School and a US Army Veteran between the Korean & Vietnam conflicts. Mr. Moody retired from the Ford Motor Co. in Connersville, IN. He is survived by his brothers Dale Moody of New Point, IN and Edward Moody of Shelbyville, IN and sisters Doreen Williams of Richmond, IN and Linda Johnson of Batesville, IN and also several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, May 15, 2005 from 2-4pm followed by funeral services at 4:00 PM all at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN with John Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Batesville United Methodist Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Phi Beta Psi Sorority for Cancer Research.
