Barbara Jean Drennan, age 72 of Harrison, OH and formerly of Northside passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014. She was born October 5, 1941 in Cincinnati, OH and was the daughter of the late Larry & Natalie (O'Donnell) Knipe. She married Edward R. Drennan on Feb. 20, 1960 at St. Patrick's Church in Northside. Barbara had a lifelong love of music and also had a beautiful voice herself. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church and choir in Harrison, a member of the Clifton Methodist Choir, St. James Players, St. Ignatius Choir, Mt. St. Joe's Music Dept., Cincinnati, May Festival, Women's Clef Music Club and the Wyoming Music Club.

Barbara is survived by her husband Edward R. Drennan, her children Jeannie Marie Getha, Lisa Marie Hobbs, Maureen Clare Bernstein, Michael Edward (Jennifer) Drennan, & Lawrence Peter (Leslee) Drennan. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Jeffrey Hobbs, Jessica Brink, Justin Getha, Josh Drennan & Jeremy Drennan and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Patrick Edward Drennan.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 12 noon until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 1pm all at St. John the Baptist Church with Rev. Jeffery M. Kemper officiating. Burial will follow services in St. John Cemetery.
