Bernell Browning, age 75 years of Batesville, IN passed away Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville, IN. Born January 11, 1933 in Whitesburg, KY she was the daughter of the late William & Sallie (Day) Shepherd. She married Donald Browning on October 1, 1955 in Lawrenceburg, IN. Mrs. Browning is survived by her husband Donald, daughter Ramona Moody (Keith)of Batesville and 3 sons Gandy Browning of Batesville, Jeff Browning (Allison)of Kannapolis, NC, & Gregory Browning (Linda)of Columbus, IN; 8 Grandchildren Donald, Janeen & Jenna Browning, Jordan Sanchez, Mallory Seitz, Koren & Keith Moody II & Christian Wolfe; Great Grandchildren Milia Scheele & Brayden Browning along with 1 brother and 2 sisters. In addition to her parents, she is also preceeded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 5-8pm at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 3, 2008, 10:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Doug Preston officiating. Burial will be in Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, IN. Memorials are suggested to Shriners Hospital for Children.
