Bonnie Lee Duenne, 70, of Oldenburg, passed away April 12, 2022 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Bonnie was born June 26, 1951 in Connersville, Indiana to Frances (Anderson) and Leo Duenne. She retired from Sisters of St. Francis as a nursing assistant. She was a lifelong associate of Sisters of St. Francis. Bonnie loved working with the sisters and being a part of the Oldenburg community.

Bonnie enjoyed singing, cooking, and playing music. She loved to garden, be in nature, and she eventually picked up painting as well. Her dogs were always an important part of her life, too.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Catherine Kocher, Timothy Frey, Carrie Frey, Carina Stout, Stephanie Uhte, and Valerie Uhte; fiance, William Brand; grandchildren, Brady, Taylor, Devan, Joslyn, Liam, Brittany, Kimberly, Joshua, Curtis, Adam, Isabella, Lucas, Joey, Jessica, and Ryanna; great grandchildren, Olivia and Gabriel; sister-in-law, Martha Jo Duenne.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Joseph Duenne and Barbara Miller.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Meyers Funeral Home followed by Mass at 12:30 in the Chapel of the Sisters of St. Francis in Oldenburg.

Memorials can be given to the Sisters of St. Francis by bringing to the services or mailing to Meyers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 202, Batesville, IN 47006.
