Carolyn Byrd, age 68 of Bright, IN passed away Friday, December 16, 2011 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Born November 29, 1943 in Newport, KY she was the daughter of James & Eva (Hall) Miller. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle. Carolyn is survived by her daughters Jessie (Doug) Smith, Kathy (Eddie) Henson & Sandy (Darryl Skeen) Davis and son Jason Byrd. She will also be missed by her 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sisters Mary Katheryn Maddox & Debbie Henson and brothers Ocie Miller, Everett Miller & David Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Don Miller. Visitation will Monday, December 19, 2011 from 5-8pm at Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle, 2100 Springdale Rd., Cincinnati, OH. Services will be Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 10:00am at the church with David Miller & Rodney Eldridge officiating. Memorials are suggested to Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery, Bright, IN.
