Some of Davey's hobbies were photographs, find a word puzzle books, he could name all the presidents in order and he always remembered everyone's birthday / anniversaries. He once met Chris Welsh and Thom Brennaman at the Reds Great American Ballpark. Although an avid sports fan, he also liked to watch Bonanza, The Nanny, Dukes of Hazard and I Dream of Jeanie. He was always up early to do his chores any day of the week. Some of Davey's favorite foods were Beef Manhattan, LaRosa's and mom's cooking, especially her roast beef, but he did not like chocolate, except Hershey Candy Bars.
