Doris "Dodie" Gene Reynolds, age 95 of Dillsboro, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020 at Waters of Dillsboro in Dillsboro, IN.  The daughter of Lawrence and Ethel (nee: Reed) Rogers was born on November 16, 1924.

The Western Hills High School graduate enjoyed her job at Aurora Elementary as a cook. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and walking.  She especially enjoyed her beer and doing puzzles. Dodie will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter Patty Oak (Perry) of Moores Hill, IN; two sons Dave Reynolds (Karen) of Holton, IN and Doug Reynolds of La Grange, KY; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jan Caldwell and Mary Foley.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 6, 2020  at 2:00pm at Meyers Funeral Home. Due to the COVID-19 precautions, if you are not feeling well, or if you have compromised immune system, you are encouraged to stay home.  All attending will be asked to follow proper social distancing protocol.
