Doris E. Poske, age 84 years of Batesville, IN passed away Sunday, October 8, 2006 in Batesville. Born November 19, 1921 in Batesville, she was the daughter of the late Phillip & Margaret (Rohnk) Heitzman. She married Huber Poske on January 10, 1942, he died August 28, 2005 and was a life long member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Batesville. Mrs. Poske is survived by her daughter Carol (Gary) Roberts of Rockport, TX; sons Dan (Bev) Poske of Indianapolis, IN and Bill Poske of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren Jill Carlson, Ryan, Matthew, Charles, William & Margaret Poske and great grandchildren Cassidy & Nation Poske. Visitation will be Monday, October 9, 2006 from 4-7 P.M. at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Batesville with Pastor Thomas Wietzel officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery in Penntown, IN.
