Earl Leroy Jobst, age 73 of Batesville, IN died Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital, Batesville, IN. Earl was the son of Herman and Margaret (Schrader) Jobst, born in Batesville on September 26, 1938. The 1954 Aurora High School graduate was in the US Army from 1962-1963 and retired from Seagrams in Lawrenceburg, IN. Earl married Margaret Jackson; she preceeded him in death. He is survived by two sissters, Margaret Coggin and Charlotte Broitman. In addition to his parents and wife he was also preceeded by four brothers, Maxwell, Albert, Herman Jr. and Franklin Jobst. Funeral Services will be Tuesday April 10, 2012, 10:00am at Meyers Funeral Home with Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial will follow in Adams Church Cemetery south of Batesville.
