Elsie (White) Janos, age 82 of Holiday, FL formerly of Batesville, IN passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015 at her home. The daughter of Walter and Stella (Belter) White was born on April 23, 1932 in Batesville, IN. The Batesville High School graduate worked at Great Western Bank as an accountant before retiring. Elsie is a member of the Holiday Free Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter Marguerite Major of Holiday, FL and her son Walter Kreuzman of China; 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; along with her brother Wilber White of Lafayette, IN. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Paul H. White and one grandson. Visitation, Sunday, January 18, 2015 from 1-3pm and funeral service at 3pm immediately following, all at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN. Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial in St. Johns Cemetery (Huntersville).
