Evelyn Huber, age 88 years of Batesville, IN passed away Saturday April 13, 2019 at St. Andrews Health Campus in Batesville.

Born May 13, 1930 in Ripley County, IN she was the daughter of the late Harry & Cora (Tegeler) Huber.  She was a 1948 graduate of Sunman High School and she retired from Hill-Rom in the stock room as a material handler.  She later worked at the Save-A-Lot Food Store in Batesville.

Ms. Huber is survived by her Nephew Ralph Knapp of Athens, Georgia.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her three sisters Alvina Knapp, Eileen Huber and an infant sister.

Visitation will be Wednesday April 17, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at Meyers Funeral Home Batesville, IN.  Services will be Thursday April 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Meyers Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Johnston officiating.  Burial will be in St. John Church Cemetery, Penntown, IN. where she was a member of that church.  Memorials can be given to St John cemetery fund  or MMH Hospice.
