Florence Meyers, age 68 of Batesville formerly of Greenville, NC, died Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Silver Memories Nursing Home in Versailles, IN. She was born on December 4, 1944 in Greenville, NC the daughter of August & Sylvia Meyers, both preceded in death. Florence worked for the F.B.I. and most recently retired as a photographer owning her own photo shop in Greenville. She moved to Batesville a few years ago after meeting a friend on the internet and found the charm of Batesville nice enough to move here. Florence had little family, just a few cousins. She attended St. Louis Catholic Church. Her wishes were to be buried with her mother at Pinewood Cemetery in Greenville, NC.
