Gavin Michael Lee was born on September 22, 1999 in Batesville, Indiana. He passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.

The young 15 year old was a sophomore at Batesville High School. Gavin loved playing baseball, having family game days and playing wiffle ball in the backyard at family gatherings. He also loved spending time with his 4 cats and 3 dogs.

Gavin is survived by his mother and step father, Kim & Shane Pickett of Versailles, IN and his father and step mother, Jeremy & Cheryl Lee of Batesville; his brother Christian Lee; matenal grandparents Barb & Tom Thompson, and paternal grandparents Roger Lee & Peggy Lee; maternal great grandmother Gen Scheidt along with his aunts, uncles & cousins.

Visitation is Friday from 2-8pm at Meyers Funeral Home. Semi-private funeral services for close friends and family (due to limited seating) will be Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 1:00pm at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN. Memorials may be given to Cincinnati Children's Hospital c/o the funeral home.
