Gladys Smith, age 66 of W. Harrison, IN passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at her home. Born July 13, 1944 in Manchester, OH she was the daughter of the late Ed & Edith (Goins) Fultz. Gladys use to cook for Zaracos and 5-H Truck Stop and was also a caregiver. Gladys is survived by her children Donna Spurgeon, Paul T. Smith & Rilda Jane Kaiser all of W. Harrison, IN. She will also be missed by her 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and siblings Violet Patrick & her husband Fred, Paul Fultz and his wife Shirley and Jack Fultz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Steven Wayne Smith and siblings Mabel Collins, Buster Fultz, Geneva Fultz, Edna Mae Fultz & Randy Fultz.
