Helen L. Stirn, age 95 of Batesville, IN passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011 at St. Andrews Health Care Campus in Batesville. Born May 12, 1916 in Peppertown, IN she was the daughter of the late Louis & Anna (Stirn) Stirn. She worked for the Romweber Co. and was a member of St. John United Church of Christ. Helen is survived by her sisters Kathryn Mann of Phoenix, AZ & Eileen Galinger of Cincinnati, OH. She will also be missed by 6 nephews, 1 niece & great great nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Ruth Stirn. Visitation will be Friday, August 19, 2011 from 9:30am until time of services at 11:00 all at St. John UCC with Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial will be in St. John Church Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. John UCC c/o Meyers Funeral Home.
