Helen Jeanette Vohland, age 65 of Batesville, Indiana passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family and friends.  The daughter of James and Pearl (nee: Riley) Vohland was born on August 9, 1953 in Batesville, Indiana.

Helen graduated in 1971 from Batesville High School.  She retired from Batesville Casket Company after 40 years.  Helen enjoyed going camping and taking beach vacations.  She liked shopping at Goodwill and everything Mickey Mouse. Many times, she could be found working on her crafts or sewing something new.  She will be dearly missed by her family.

She leaves behind her life partner of 27 years James Robinson; her children, Tammy (JD) Renck of Batesville, Travis (Jill) Prickel of Batesville; her grandchildren, Halle Renck, Jackson Renck, Will Prickel, and Gus Prickel; her siblings, James (Val) Vohland from Peppertown, IN, Pamela (Ron) Seale from Mt. Healthy, OH, Patricia (Dave) Dudley from Peppertown, IN, Timothy (Donna) Vohland from West Chester, OH, and Thomas (Kim) Vohland from Brookville, IN; along with several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday, November 18 ^th with a 3:00pm memorial service immediately following, all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville.  Pastor Rob Edwards will be officiating.
