Irene Newport (nee Correll), age 82 years of Cincinnati, OH passed away Friday, February 23, 2007 in Cincinnati, OH. Born August 11, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Andrew & Dora (Thompson) Ultch. She married Clester Loy Newport on June 26, 1948. Mrs. Newport was a member of White Oak Christian Church. Mrs. Newport is survived by her daughter Bonita Newport, sons Michael (Debora) & Jerry (Sandra) Newport; grandchildren Brian, Jennifer, Sean & Dylan Newport, James Haas & Amy; brother Andy Correll; sister Geraldine Staat & Pauline Oshsner & stepbrother Andy Baine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Clester Loy Newport and sister Christine Moore. Visitation will be Monday, February 26, 2007 from 11 AM-1PM followed by services at 1 PM all at White Oak Christian Church with Mason Seevers officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Memorials Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hamilton County SPCA, 3949 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45223 or donor's choice.
