Jack G. Lusby, age 75, died Thursday, September 29, 2016 at his home in Sunman, IN.  He was born September 10, 1941 in Owenton, Ky and was the son of Leonard & Christina (Wilson) Lusby.

Jack's life was working and racing cars.  Although he owned a racecar and did all the work on it, he was never the driver.

He married Peggy Charles in Harrison, OH and she survives along with his children Tony (Melanie), Dan (Sara), Jeff (Melinda) & Bradley Lusby, Melissa Graham (Kenny) and Penny Mitchell (Vendy).  He will also be missed by his 13 grandchildren and siblings Joyce Ann Borrows, Bobby Lusby & Cecil Lusby.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Harry, Leonard Jr., Bill, Ray, Carroll Gene & J.C. Lusby.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 12 noon until time of services at 2:00pm at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN with his nephew Harry Lusby officiating.  Memorials are suggested to the family.  His wishes were to be cremated.
