James Arthur Crist, age 84 years of Harrison, OH passed away Monday, April 05, 2004 at his home in Harrison. He was born November 30, 1919 in Rockbridge Co., VA; the son of Arthur Reid & Maggie (Duncan) Crist. He is survived by his children Bonnie Everman of Harrison, OH; David Crist of Ft. Leonardwood, MO; Dennis Crist of Milan, IN and Darryl Crist of Amelia, OH; ex-wife Patricia Sahovey; stepchildren: Valeria Fultz of Harrison, OH & Adam Houze of Harrison, OH; grandchildren Ryan Everman, Brandon Everman, Dakota Crist & Jonathon Crist; brothers William Crist & Arthur Crist; sisters Helen Dale; Catherine Nelson; Dorothy Camden; Louise Baber; Lula Mae Deardorff; Betty Ann Akers & the late Isabell Swisher & Margaret Lee Crist. Mr. Crist was a self employed carpenter. Visitation will be Thursday, April 8, 2004 from 9:30 AM until time of service at 11:00AM (Fast Time) with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
