Janet Ruth Kelley, age 70 years of Batesville, IN passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 at her home. Born July 2, 1939 in Batesville, she was the daughter of the late Clint & Elnora (Belter) Weber. She married Glen Kelley on November 25, 1961 at St. John Church in Batesville. She was a homemaker and member of St. John United Church of Christ and the church loyal workers. Her family reflected her life as being a very loving wife and mother and a devoted grandmother who helped raise them all while her daughters worked until she was no longer able to care for them. She loved her church and going to church on Sunday mornings. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Janet is survived by her husband Glen Kelley, daughters Kim (Bill) Vest, Amy (Mark) Johnson & Sharon (Scott) Davidson all of Batesville. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Emily, Elizabeth & Laura Vest, Tyler & Hannah Johnson & Jacob, Curtis & Derek Davidson all of Batesville and one brother Lloyd Weber of Elk Grove Village, IL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother John Weber and one sister who died as an infant. Visitation will be Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 5-8pm at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN. Funeral Services will be Friday at 10:00am at St. John United Church of Christ with Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial will be in St. John Huntersville Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. John Cemetery Fund or Margaret Mary Hospital Hospice c/o the funeral home.
