James Edward "Jimmy" Young, age 82 of Greendale, Indiana passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at High Point Health in Lawrenceburg.  The son of Jack and Victoria (nee: Milam) Young was born on October 12, 1938 in Barridge, Kentucky.

The U.S. Navy veteran worked as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed fishing and auto racing. Jimmy liked spending time on his his CB radio talking and listening to all the chatter. Of course, he always enjoyed visiting with friends and family.

Jimmy is survived by his son, Randy L. Young; his brother, Howard (Roberta) Young and sister, Jackie Lock; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Marie (nee: Randall) Young in 2018.

Graveside services will be Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 2:00pm at the Mt. Sinai Cemetery in Aurora, Indiana.
