Joan C. Brunemann, age 78 years of Milan, IN formerly St. Peter, IN passed away Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Margaret Mary Hospital in Batesville, IN. Born September 1, 1929 in Cincinnati, OH she was the daughter of the late Raphael & Celeste (Imfeld) Schulte. She married James C. Brunemann on Oct. 28, 1950 in Cincinnati, OH. She graduated from Regina High School in Cincinnati, OH in 1947, was a member of St. Louis Church & formerly a member at St. Peter Church in St. Peter, IN and member of the NCCW at St. Peter Church. Mrs. Brunemann is survived by her children Beverly (Terence) Schwegman of St. Mary, IN; Nancy (Kenneth) Konradi of Batesville, IN; Connie (Richard) Parker of Williamsburg, OH; James R. (Mary Lynn) Brunemann of Crescent Springs, KY & Dennie (Joann) Brunemann of Sunman, IN & Robert (Elsie) Brunemann of Loveland, OH. She will also be missed by 19 grandchildren & 15 great grandchildren, her sister Lynn Taylor of Cincinnati, OH & brother Ray Schulte of Virginia. Calling will be Saturday, June 14, 2008 from 10:00-12:00pm followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00pm all at St. Louis Church in Batesville, IN with Fr. Robert Obermeyer officiating. Burial will be in St. Louis Church Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Ripley Crossing Activity Fund c/o the funeral home.
