Karl worked for First Care Ohio in Forest Park. He was a former member of the Harrison, Colerain Twp., Ross Twp., Green Twp., and Drewersburg Fire Departments, Franklin County Life Squad, active member of the Franklin County 4-H, a 1987 graduate of Brookville High School and a FFA member in high School and a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Harrison, Ohio.

Karl is survived by his father Dale (Shirley) Allstatter, mother Rachael Allstatter, sister Judith Lynn Allstatter and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday, June 14, 2010 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June 15, 2010, 10:00 am at St. John the Baptist Church, 110 North Hill Street Harrison, Ohio 45030 with Father Edward Shine officiating. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Church Cemetery.
