Larry J. Meyer, age 60 of Wolcottsville, NY passed away Saturday evening, January 27, 2007 at Lockport Memorial Hospital. Mr. Meyer was born in Batesville, IN on July 15, 1946 the son of Lowell Bernard & Ester (Dieckmann) Meyer. He was employed as a Logistics Procurement Specialist by the US Department of Homeland Security in Buffalo, NY. He served in the US Air Force during Vietnam. He belonged to the American Legion Post in Indiana and he enjoyed his family. He & his wife Janice L. (Mitchell) Meyer were married July 8, 1967 in Plattsburg, NY. Mr, Meyer is survived by his wife Janice L. Meyer, sons Michael E. (Melinda) Meyer of Dover, DE and Jason W. Meyer of Greensburg, IN; sister Karen (Lynn) Fullenkamp and brothers Dale (Beth) Meyer & Rick (Nancy) Meyer all of Batesville, IN and several nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, February 3, 2007 from 11-1 PM followed by services at 1:00 PM all at St. John United Church of Christ (Huntersville) in Batesville, IN with Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery.
