Laverne Teresa Banks, age 87 of Hudson, WI formerly of Bright, IN passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012 in Hudson. Born November 9, 1924 in Cincinnati, OH she was the daughter of Leroy & Florence Ida (Kraft) Kunkel. She married Henry Banks and he preceded her in death in 1996. Laverne is survived by her son Robert Henry Banks of Hudson, WI. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Gage (Lori) Banks and Linsay Ann Wiles. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister June Eiger. Burial will be Monday, January 30, 2012 at 11:00am at Gibson Cemetery.
