Lena Blanche Carr, age 90 years of Cleves, OH passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at her home. Born February 1, 1918 in Plymouth County, Iowa to Thomas William and Ruby (Medors) King. She graduated from Marcus High School in Iowa and on July 31, 1944 she married Harry Carr. She was tax examiner for the IRS for many years, along with being a member of the Miamitown Church of Christ and Eastern Star #318. Mrs. Carr is survived by her children, Linda Rose (the late Jess) of Greendale, IN, Thomas Carr (Krista) of Liberty, IN and Charles Carr (Leesa) of Sharonville, OH; Grandchildren, Kelly Rose, Brian Carr (Arden), Tracey Mess, Julie Wilson (Chad), Andy & Maxwell Carr, Leah & Zak Gabbard; Several Great Grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews; and sister Barbara King Hamilton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the late Harry Carr in 1997. Graveside services will be Thursday, July 3, 2008 at 11:00am in the Miamitown Cemetery with Pastor Joby Anders officiating.
