Lenora May Adams, age 86 of Greensburg, IN passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Our Hospice in Columbus, IN. Born on July 15, 1927 in Bracken County, KY to Gilbert and Bertha (Routt) DeMoss.

She married Bennie G. Adams in Covington, KY on May 10, 1946. He died on December 30, 1988.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws, Carolyn & Phillip Eagle, Judy & Paul Kessens, and Kimberly & Bill Collins; and son and daughter-in-law John & Vickie Adams; plus 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Wolford, Dell, Robert & Eldon DeMoss and three sisters, Hazel Biddle, Thelma Meyers, & Leona Hadler, her twin.

Lenora did not like to stay home, she was always on the go. She went to many places of interest. She enjoyed hunting mushrooms and listening to gospel music. Most of all she liked being with her family who will miss her very much.

Visitation, Friday, June 20, 2014 from 4-8pm and Funeral Service at 10:00am on Saturday all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville. Mark Vice officiating.
