Leroy Stockton, Jr. age 52 of Bright, IN passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2011 in Greendale, IN. Born May 31, 1958 in Mariemont, OH he was the son of Melvin & Margaret (Edwards) Stockton. He drove a bus for K&B Enterprises, Sunman Dearborn Schools & Lawrenceburg Schools. His real love was music and was a director for many church choirs. Leroy, a member of the Bethel Pentecostal Church and 1977 graduate of Bethel Tate High School married Brenda Caudill on May 31, 1986 in Bright, IN. Leroy is survived by his wife of 24 years Brenda Caudill Stockton, sister Darlene Stockton, nieces Meghan & Mallory Baker, mother & father-in-law Beulah & Henry Caudill and sister & brother-in-law Lonny & Glenda Baker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Sally Hurley. Visitation will be Friday, January 7, 2011 from 5-8pm at West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle, 752 Harrison-Brookville Rd., W. Harrison, IN 47060. Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 8, 2010 at 11:00am at the church with Rev. Leon Jones, Rev. Larry Baker, Rev. Hobart Bowling & Rev. Wade Hicks officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery, Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation c/o the funeral home.
