Linda Ann Davis, age 76, of Laurel, Indiana passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024 at Margaret Mary Hospital in Batesville. Born on June 17, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Margaret (Loudermilk) Mayo.

Linda graduated from Scecina Memorial High School. She married Dale Davis on June 20, 1997 and he survives. She was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church in Indianapolis and also a member of Laurel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crafting and was a dedicated animal activist. Linda was known for her warmth and kindness. She was a loving person and welcomed everyone with a smile and was always ready to help.

Linda will be dearly missed by her husband, Dale Davis; sons: Todd (Lynn) Heck and Matt Heck; sister, Vickie (Jim) Roe; nephews: Andrew Roe, Patrick Roe, and Christopher Roe; niece, Katherine Roe Weiper; and loving friend, Tina Barnes.

Family and friends will gather to pray the rosary on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11:00 am with visitation following until the time of funeral service at 1:00 pm all at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Laurel North Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Rushville Animal Center by bringing to the services or mailing to Meyers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 202, Batesville, IN 47006.
