Lottie M. Bergman, age 90 years of Batesville, IN passed away Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Ripley Crossing in Milan, IN. Born September 28, 1920 in Franklin County, IN she was the daughter of the late Benjamin & Clara (Wolf) White. She was a retired waitress and also worked at the Union Furniture Company. Lottie was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Batesville, Greensburg Eagles Auxillary and senior citizens of Greensburg. She was a former member of the Gold Age Club in Lawrenceburg. She was married to Arthur Bergman on June 3, 1939 and he preceded her in death on September 21, 1988. Lottie is survived by her son & daughter-in-law Larry "Butch" & Peggy Bergman of Batesville, IN and daughter Violet Christopher of Palm Harbor, FL. She will also be missed by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter, brothers Howard, Walter & Elmer White, sisters Leatha Grossman & Goldie Doyle and son-in-law Bob Christopher. Visitation will be Friday, December 3, 2010 from 4-7pm at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 10:00am at the funeral home with Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Huntersville. Memorials are suggested to the Jennifer Bergman Memorial Fund or Make A Wish Foundation c/o the funeral home.
