LuAnn Nesbitt, age 65, of Owenton, Kentucky passed away on July 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on October 17, 1960, in Batesville, Indiana, she was the beloved daughter of the late Jay Mott Davidson and the late Frances Davidson. She graduated from Lincoln College of Technology, where she studied Computer Networking and Security.

LuAnn is survived by her husband, Bobby Nesbitt; her brother, Marion Davidson (Brenda); her children, Jarman Jay Mays, Bambi (Joe) Ranieri, and Nicole Mays (Ray Cheeks); and her stepchildren, Justin Nesbitt and Ashley Nesbitt.

She was a proud grandmother to Brooklynn Mays, Carson Mays, Ava Mays, Miranda (Tyler) Devers, Gabe Ranieri, Bella Ranieri, Austin Haas, Delonte Montgomery, Joseph Mays, Beau Mays, Chloe Frazier, Quintin Frazier, Kacey Frazier, Alaina Morgan, and Cilas Nesbitt.

A woman of deep faith and remarkable strength, LuAnn faced life's challenges with courage and determination. She found her greatest joy in her roles as mother, grandmother, and wife, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to the hospice team and caregivers who provided comfort and support during her final days.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Meyers Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m.

Burial will take place at Saint Paul United Methodist Cemetery Sunman, Indiana.

A Celebration of Life reception will be held immediately following the burial at Sunman American Legion Post 337, 412 Eastern Avenue, Sunman, Indiana 47041. Friends and family are invited to share memories and celebrate LuAnn's life.
