Lucille Mae Collins age 66 passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at her home in Rushville, Indiana. She was born on April 23, 1949 in Batesville, IN. Lucille is survived by her children Archie Wayne Fields, Juanita Smith, Pam Fields and Kim Hoskins; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren ; her mother, Bertha Mae Ernstes of Batesville; along with her siblings Mike Collins, Buford Collins Jr., Virginia Maple and Helen Young She was preceded in death by her father, Buford Collins and son Marty Fields.
