Lucy G. Lyons, age 72 of W. Harrison, IN passed away Friday, June 20, 2008 in Lawrenceburg, IN. Born November 11, 1935 in Manchester, KY she was the daughter of the late Joe & Clara (Hubbard) Patrick. She married Chester Lyons in March 1956 in Brookville, IN and was a member of the West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle. Mrs. Lyons is survived by her children Larry Lyons, Billy Lyons, Linda Nixon & Cathy Hickman; siblings Daisy Rossler, Helen Hollin & Joe Patrick and 7 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild. In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by her adopted son Larry Joe Lyons & siblings Fred & Cledith Patrick, Louise Miller, Mary Samples, Sara Patrick, Gladys Neely & Emily Fuchs and 1/2 sister Alice Sizemore. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from 10-12pm followed by services at 12:00pm at West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle in W. Harrison, IN with Bro. Hobert Bowling & Bro. Wade Hick officiating. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery in Bright, IN. Memorials are suggested to the church.
