M. Jean Thomas, age 85 years of Harrison, OH passed away Sunday, August 31, 2008 in Cincinnati, OH. Born July 23, 1923 in Harrison, OH she was the daughter of the late Edward & Mary Rowena (Riese) Brickner. She was a 1941 graduate of Morgan High School. She married Neil Gray Thomas on February 3, 1945 in Harrison. Mrs. Thomas was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Harrison. Mrs. Thomas is survived by her children Vera Thomas, Ed (Karen) Thomas & Jim (Julie) Thomas all of Harrison, OH & Karen A. (Randy) Stevenson of Cincinnati, OH. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Scott, Matthew & Michael; siblings Edwena (Ken) Heitfield, Frances Brickner & Ben (Sandy) Brickner all of Harrison, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Neil Gray Thomas on Sept. 22, 1988 and her siblings Betty Brickner & Bob Brickner. A memorial mass will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 6:00pm at St. John the Baptist Church in Harrison, OH with Rev. Jeffrey M. Kemper officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorials are suggested to Harrison Fire Dept. or American Heart Assoc.
