Madonna Rose Brotherton, age 52 years of Brookville, IN passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2007 in Cincinnati, OH. Born September 29, 1943 in Delvena, KY she was the daughter of the late Brenton & Edra (Stanifer) Mays. She worked as a school teacher. Ms. Brotherton is survived by her sons Matthew & Aaron Brotherton both of Brookville, IN; brothers Jack, William, Robert & Richard Mays. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Michael Mays. Visitation will be Saturday, January 20, 2007 from 11:00 AM-2:-00 PM followed by services at 2:00 PM all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN with Pastor Randy Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Laughery Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
