Margaret Melnik (nee O'Brien), age 85 years of Batesville, IN passed away Friday, August 21, 2009 in Lawrenceburg, IN. Born November 23, 1923 in Cleveland, OH she was the daughter of the late Morgan & Mary (Macnamara) O'Brien. She was a 1942 graduate of Collinwood High School in Cleveland, OH and retired from the medical field. Mrs. Melnik is survived by her children Diane Buzard of Batesville, IN, Connie Murphy of Baynoet Point, FL & Tom Melnik of Zephry Hills, FL. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Kymberley (Buzard) Zenkel, Steven Buzard & Shelley (Buzard) Zvitkovits and 6 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Melnik and 6 brothers & sisters. Private services were held.
