Marquis "Mark" D. Higginbotham, age 69 of Batesville, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021 at his home.  The son of Earl and Thelma (Federle) Higginbotham was born on June 6, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mark as he was known to his friends and family, graduated from Western Hills High School in 1971. He worked in the IT department for Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati until he retired. Mark had an interesting hobby. He was a ham radio collector and enthusiast.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Higginbotham; three daughters, Leslie Becker, Jennifer Frazier and Rebecca Costello (Matthew); two sons, Kevin Becker (Nancy) and Jason Becker; 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and one brother, Ron Higginbotham.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dwayne Higginbotham.
