Martha J. Luesse, age 84 years of Wolcott, IN formerly of Batesville, IN passed away Monday, March 6, 2006 at the Indiana Veterans Home in W. Lafayette, IN. Born March 24, 1921 in Enochsburg, IN she was the daughter of George & Elizabeth (Macke) Gigrich. She married Francis Luesse on Nov. 25, 1945 at St. Louis Church in Batesville, IN. Mrs. Luesse is survived by her sons Robert Luesse of Batesville, IN and Steve Luesse of Rensselaer, IN; daughters Sandy Sims of Cincinnati, OH and June Smith of W. Lafayette, IN. She will also be missed by her 9 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, March 9, 2006 from 4-8pm at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN. Services will be Friday at 10:00am at St. Louis Church with Fr. Daniel Mahan officiating. Burial will be in St. Louis Church Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Indiana Veterans; 3851 N.
