Mary Jane Weddle, a long-time resident of the Cincinnati area, died Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Twin Towers Hospice Center at 5:40 pm.

Born 1932 in Harrodsburg, KY, Mary is the daughter of the late Worley T. & Vanetta (Robinson) Hendren.  She married Robert E. Weddle in 1961 in Chicago, IL and he preceded her in death.

She received her nursing certificate from the University of Kentucky and spent her life in service to others.  She was a long-time member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and as such lived her life by Christ centered principles.  She loved scripture study and discussions on subjects taught therein.  She taught Sunday School and visited the homes of members of the church monthly for many years.  She was a faithful member of the church and servant of the Lord.

She is survived by her two sons: Jeffrey G. Weddle and Jerome A. Weddle along with eight grandchildren, Matthew A. Weddle, Grant J. Weddle, Jarett M. Weddle, Samuel B. Weddle, Lily Weddle, Rebecca Weddle, Katherine Weddle & Molly Weddle and seven great grandchildren Bradly Weddle, Hayden Weddle, Riley Weddle, Blake Weddle, Evan Weddle, Max Weddle & Kaylee Weddle.  She will also be missed by her sisters Annetta Carey & Betty Hendren.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers Willis & Carl Hendren.

Her viewing will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 from noon to 1:00 with the service immediately following at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 4610 North Bend Road, Cincinnati, OH  45211.
