Melissa Kay Clark, age 44 of New Point, IN passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, IN. Born August 2, 1967 in Peru, IN she is the daughter of Edward & Patsy (Blankenship) Harvey of W. Harrison, IN. She married Jack Clark in June 22, 1991 in West Harrison. Melissa was a dedicated wife, homemaker, and mother. She won an art scholarship in high school and was a skilled artist. She had a love for all living things. She was skilled in physical therapy, and kept her familys' backs in shape. She was a faithful Christian who loved the Lord above all else. Melissa is survived by her parents, husband, daughter Josie Elizabeth Clark of New Point, IN, son Jonah Clark of New Point, IN and brother Scott (Dawn) Harvey of Mitchell, IN. She will also be missed by cousins, nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Friday, December 23, 2011 from 11am until time of service at 2pm all at New Point Christian Church, New Point, IN with Mark Vice officiating. Burial will be in Rossburg Cemetery, New Point, IN. Memorials are suggested to the family c/o Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN.
