Michael Ryan Short, 31, of Dillsboro, passed away on October 30, 2022.

He was born in Batesville, Indiana on August 17, 1991 to parents Angeline (Ryker) Tichenor and Stanley Short.

Michael loved his family, especially his sons. He enjoyed hanging out, playing video games, golfing, and campfires. Michael was a huge Bengals fan. While he was known to be stubborn, Michael was always the first to help a friend or family member in need.

Michael is survived by his sons, Memphis and Kolston; mother, Angeline Tichenor; father, Stanley Short; brothers, Jon Spurlock and Dylan Short; and sister, Brandi Short. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Tichenor and sister, Kayla McGovern.

Michael's wishes were to be cremated. There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Little Memory Church in Sunman, Indiana.
