Mike "Bluemax" Toth, age 58 years of Bright, IN passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009 in Cincinnati, OH. Born December 21, 1950 in Barberton, OH. He was the son of the late Robert J. & Marlis (Sprch) Toth but was raised by Curtis D. & Marlis Summers. Mike was a graduate of Colerain High School and an over-the-road truck driver for Hill-Rom. He was a US Air Force Veteran during Vietnam but was called back when his plane was enroute. He was a member of the VFW Post 7570 in Harrison, OH and the Bright Christian Church in Bright. Mike is survived by his wife Pamela Toth of Bright, children Heather (Shane) Byrd-Gard & Brittany (Nathan) Metcalf both of Bright, IN & Ashley (Troy) Brinkman of Independence, KY. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Kaitlyn & Zachary Gard, Kamdyn & Emersyn Metcalf and Gracyn Brinkman and sister Linda Toth of California. Visitation will be Thursday, May 14, 2009 from 10am-1pm followed by services at 1pm all at Bright Christian Church in Bright, IN with Pastor Tom Benter officiating. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery in Bright with military graveside rites by the Harrison Funeral Detail. Memorials are suggested to Cancer Research c/o the funeral home.
