Obituary

Noble Cecil McQueen age 91 died June 22, 2011 at his home in Harrison, Ohio. Born January 26, 1920 in Highknob, Kentucky the son of Harvey "Harv" and Patience (King) McQueen. Noble was a life long carpenter. Member of the Harrison Ave. Baptist Church, Snow Lodge #193 F&AM and the Valley of Cincinnati Scottish Rite. Noble married Nellie Johnson on June 19, 1942 in Covington, Kentucky. Noble is survived by his wife Nellie McQueen, Daughters Sharon and her husband Dorman Perry of La Fontaine, Indiana and Debbie and her husband Cloid Baker of Bright, Indiana. Grandchildren Shawna (Paul) Lanterman, Chad (Bethany) Baker, Ron (Jenny) Ernst, Mike (Betsy) Ernst and Christian (Pacia) Perry. Great Grandchildren Stacey and Carley Ernst, Quentin Perry, Max Lanterman and Carson Baker. Preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Patience McQueen, Sisters Parlee Bennett, Alice Hensley, Sarah Moore, Ethel Nowlin and Brothers Sam, Robert, Voyd, Foist, Mark, Herb, Hubert, Willie and Ralph McQueen. Visitation will be held Tuesday June 28, 2011 from 5 to 8 PM and Wednesday June 29, 2011 from 10 to 11 am followed by Celebration of Life Services at 11:00 am all at the Harrison Ave. Baptist Church 1125 Harrison Ave Harrison, OH 45030 with Pastor Dan Rowland officiating. Memorials may be directed to the church c/o funeral home.
