Pam Sowers, age 57 of Hamilton, OH passed away Saturday, October 12, 2013 at her home in Hamilton. Born March 30, 1956 in Hamilton she is the daughter of Geraldine "Gerrie" Smith & the late Charles E. Smith. Pam worked for Angilos Pizza in Ross, OH and was a member of the Macedonia Christian Church in Okeana, OH. Pam is survived by her mother Geraldine "Gerrie" Smith of Okeana, OH; children David Shawn (Kelly) Bowman & Amy Lynn Hensley both of Hamilton, OH. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Elijah, Emma, Isaiah & Kelaya along with her siblings Milly (Brian) Schwegman of College Corner, IN, Pamela (Andy) Shanks of Eaton, OH, Mike (Toni) Sowers of Louisville, KY, Jeff (Patty) Sowers of Alamogordo, NM, Phillip (Della) Sowers of Oxford, OH, Charles Smith Jr. of Washington, DC, & Debbie (Gary) Rice of Hamilton, OH. Debbie was also her caregiver for the last several years. She was preceded in death by her grandson Michael. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from 11am until time of services at 12 noon all at Macedonia Christian Church with Rev. Scott Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
