Peggy S. Sowder, age 52 of Cincinnati, OH passed away at her home on July 1, 2013. Born December 10, 1960 in Cincinnati she was the daughter of Jess & Mary (Litton) Sowder. She graduated from Western Hills High School. Peggy is survived by her son Jacob Sowder of Lawrenceburg, IN & siblings Shirley Sowder, Patricia Russell, Robert Sowder & Jess Sowder. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
