Rick Lewis, age 50 years of Cincinnati, OH passed away Sunday, February 7, 2010 in Cincinnati. Born July 21, 1959 in Cincinnati, he was the son of the late William & Mary (Pugh) Lewis. He was a self employed construction worker. He married Betty Combs on Sept. 27, 2004 in Cincinnati. Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife Betty Lewis, children Theresa Lewis & Rick Lewis Jr.; 2 grandchildren and siblings Nancy Lewis, Brent Heatherly & Steve Heatherly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings John Lewis, Robert Lewis, Brenda Staggs & Billy Jean Bridgeford. Services were held at the convenience of the family.
